Whatsoever the answer

Should we care or should we not?

You’ve saved me - lead back to life!

In my darkest of nights

When this whole world forgot.

Oh sure I was calloused

And undeniably numb…

Even kindness, I guess,

Couldn’t cut through like knives.

But you’re one sent from heaven

And cared deeply enough.

Shall I call you my angel?

Or nothing less than that?
